Yalla Terms of Use

Learning service

Yalla provides language practice and reference phrases. It does not guarantee fluency, employment, a salary increase or professional qualification. Speaking feedback compares recognized words; it does not certify pronunciation. Do not use language examples as instructions for hazardous work.

Access and membership

The first three lessons are free. When subscriptions are enabled, Google Play and the app show the product, price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through Google Play. Access depends on verification of the purchase and its current status. The current website preview does not offer paid checkout.

Your account

Use an account you are authorized to access. Keep verification codes private. You can request account deletion through the app or our external deletion page. Account deletion removes Yalla membership records and does not cancel provider renewals.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, abuse login or payment systems, impersonate another person, or redistribute protected paid content without permission.

Availability and changes

Features depend on device, network and service availability. The app identifies unavailable login and payment features. We may improve content and functionality and update these terms. Your applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
