Yalla refunds and cancellation

For a Google Play subscription, manage renewal or cancel in Google Play. Uninstalling Yalla or deleting the account does not cancel renewal.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing until the paid period ends unless a refund or revocation changes access. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase circumstances, Google Play policy and applicable consumer rights.

Request a refund through Google Play, or contact sankalpyt02@gmail.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Never send payment passwords, card details or UPI PINs.
