Inside the app
Open your profile, choose Delete account, sign in again if requested, and type DELETE to confirm. Account deletion is permanent. A confirmation appears only after the server confirms deletion.
Without the app or login
Email sankalpyt02@gmail.com with the subject Yalla account deletion or Yalla data deletion. Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or a particular kind of data removed. We will verify ownership before processing an account request. You do not need to reinstall Yalla.
What is removed
Deletion removes your Yalla account, learning progress, account-linked attribution and subscription records, OTP records and account-linked analytics from our active database. Financial records needed for accounting, refunds or disputes may remain without the Yalla account link or raw personal payload. See the privacy policy for retention details.
Google Play renewals
Deleting your account or uninstalling Yalla does not stop Google Play renewal. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. Cancellation is not a prerequisite for requesting deletion.
Guest learning data
Guest learning data is stored in this browser. You can remove Yalla's saved progress, preferences and sign-in from this browser below. This does not delete a server account or cancel a subscription.
